Beau was such a great loan officer , he helped us from step -10 to buying out house. I had to fix my credit , get lots of things corrected and being my first home , plus coming form a different country I felt lost all the time. However , he was always welcoming , kind and ready to answer any doubts we had or things we did not understand.

My overall experience was good, until the last few months leading up to closing, the communication was not transparent. I would recommend being more transparent and realistic with managing the customers expectations.
