2 for 2 but not in a good way. They cancelled my last two cleaning appointments last minute after already confirming them. Very lame rescheduling offer (told me they can rebook me in September) but then said oh well you have a November appointment scheduled already. Very unprofessional.
I have been a patient of BFD for years. Twice in the last year they have had to reschedule my 6 month cleaning and the options to reschedule are either 7 am or wait 6 months. The same thing happened to my husband. I am very diligent about getting my 6 month cleanings, except when BFD reschedules my appointments and they become annual cleanings. 🙄
