My experience on this LEAP DAY was WONDERFUL! It was my initial appointment after years of NO dental insurance and I am in good hands for my oral health! I felt heard, I understood our plans to establish a solid oral care routine, and I received the compassion and expertise of EACH of this facilities DENTAL STAFF! I am ready to go back for my cleaning and maintenance procedures. My confidence in my being able to genuinely smile has been flamed by Beautiful Smiles at Camp Creek!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning. I paid $50 but ended up being 10 minutes late for my appointment (grace period is 10 minutes). Being late is on me, but the receptionist had an attitude and was very rude but let me know there was an opening a few weeks later. I said I would take that slot. I come in today for my appointment and I find out she never rescheduled me. They also charge a $50 broken appointment fee (this was never disclosed to me by the previous receptionist). Here being treated and Dr. S Blair is very professional, gentle and pleasant. I appreciate her listening to my concerns and educating me. I definitely recommend them!
The front desk people are great and polite. The rest are a bit ghetto from techs to docs that I have had experience with. Not ghetto as in lack of money but ghetto in customer service, care and bedside manner. Expect to be hurt in some way due to rough handling meaning extremely sore gums and busted lips
Me and my family have been going to Dr. P. Mckoy for years, he has always made us feel welcomed. He genuinely cares about our well being and our oral health. He and his team is great!
