Booked an appointment for a cut and highlight. Was very clear on the phone that I have a lot of hair, and assumed the person making my appointment knew what they were doing. That was a mistake. After taking the afternoon off work to have my hair done I sat down in the chair at 2:45 only to be told they wouldn’t be doing my appointment because they close at 5 pm and they didn’t have time. Exactly how is that my problem?? Why book an appointment you can’t service. So incredibly unprofessional.

It was pricey and after two attempts at coloring my hair like a provided picture it still doesn't look how I wanted it. Now I will have to pay to have someone else fix it. The first time the right side and left side were so different they looked like they were on two different people's heads. The second time instead of the highlight in the front I asked for more of on one side, I have two giant blocks of "highlight" on both sides by my face, but there is no other hair color in that spot so I don't think it really counts as ... read more
I love my eyebrow specialist because she did a great job-MIMA. Thanks Again!! My pedicure was done horrible. I wanted a design but in process the nail polish fell all over my toes. Then, left with my toes dirty and this was such a horrible experience. I still charged with the full price. Also, I asked to have my nails done and then 1 hour later close to 2 hours, they couldn't do it..
RecommendedWay to expensive for a facial. I could see paying over 100 for 2 services.
Over rated. it's been 10 mos. since my last (for a reason) But the services didn't match up to the prices. Left me wanting
