Edit: Dr Broomfield contacted me and put a plan in place to assure that this never happens again. I have been going to this Dentistry since 2012. They have always done well by me and I have appreciated the services. However today I had an experience that made me feel more like a number than a valued client. I think it's too expensive for treatments. And I have really good insurance. They kept pushing to do other treatments but with a mom on a budget. I just wanted to get my teeth takin care of. I had to wait for three months to get what I wanted done. I felt like it was a very judge mental place and didn't feel comfortable. And when I got what I wanted done, I was in so much pain. I will never go back.

The dentist is fine and the the environment is friendly. However, they will keep sending you bills to pay, although you have paid $70-90 each time of your visit. Note that I have one of the best insurance card in town. They suggest you do all kinds of treatment on your teeth (my teeth now got much worse than before) and never care about if the insurance company will cover it or no. We truly enjoy the doctors and dental hygienists. The girls at the front desk are too pushy and bombard us with phone calls. We have switched dentists, for that reason.
