Easy coordination with receptionist to book an appointment. Both in person and online.
Easy peasy
The ability to book the initial appointment was great. I wish there was a way to book/reschedule follow-up appointments online. It isn’t always convenient to make a phone call during business hours since the call is time consuming to find the correct scheduling person through the automated phone system.
