Always dread furniture shopping, sales people are usually pushy and follow you around making it an uncomfortable experience. We went in to browse for beds with no intention on purchasing that day but ended up leaving with a new mattress and adjustable frame. We were greeted by Dan who was absolutely wonderful to work with! Had a wonderful experience shopping today at Becker with a salesman, that was more like a designer. Corey was very knowledgeable on product and cool and warm colors. Bought a whole livingroom, couch, two chairs, rug and a picture for behind the couch. The only thing we couldn't get was end tables, because they only had one of the style I really wanted and not available in warehouse. 😕 We were very pleased with the service we received. If you're in the market, ask for Corey. He won't steer you wrong.
Initially all good, bought 2 chairs, could pick them up in 3 days, they would call when in. 5 days later with no contact went to store to find out they were backordered with 8 weeks delivery. Really this wasn't known at the point of sale? No one communicated this. Asked for refund, sales person tried to sell us different replacement. Nope. Was handed off to some kind of clerk who was very unprofessional and snotty. Took 15 min to process the refund. Never again.
Dan was so helpful with finding us the perfect mattress. He didn't pressure us or follow us around. We were in and out with our purchase fairly quickly. Clean, organized and professional place. I will return to buy more furniture in the future.
This is the second time I’ve purchased a mattress from Becker. First time I’m getting a bed in a box one from nectar. I’m super excited to try it out. Dan was extremely helpful yesterday when I came in. Came back today to put a down payment on the bed. Super friendly definitely will be back.
