We have since expanded to 15 stores with locations throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Sarasota Counties. Terrible customer service. They quoted us a delivery time of 1:30 PM after talking to "Justin", who is in charge of shipping and delivery, so instead they delivered the mattress at 12:01 PM when no one was home. I paid $89.00 for delivery and setup and remove the old mattress. They dropped off the new mattress behind my house against the house and never picked up the old mattress until later.
