Gary and Todd were amazing. I bought a bed from mattress firm only to get the run around and never getting my bed. I called Gary at the Dale Mabry location and told him what bed I wanted and he had the exact bed and platform I wanted in stock and ready for delivery. He made me feel so comfortable that I bought the bed over the phone and is set up for delivery on Tuesday. Todd was also a big help in making this all happen. I will tell all of my friends and family to go see Gary and Todd.

Had put off purchasing a new mattress for 6 months. Todd made it easy and made sure I was satisfied with what I bought. Never pushy to a more expensive item, let me decide.

This was our second purchase at Bed Pros. Todd Fox was our salesman the first time and the second time. He was helpful and seemed to know his mattresses. We felt comfortable to go back the second time because he was so helpful. And, we got a great deal. We didn't need to go anywhere else as we knew where to go to be taken care of.

Prices true to advertisement, very professional, took time & explained pros & cons of mattress & frame types. Mr. Todd Fox was genuinely patient & informative with no pressure tactics. Great experience- would highly recommend.

I would give 10 Stars ⭐️ if I could! The service and professionalism at the Carrollwood locale was on point. Didn’t feel like I was getting hustled nor swayed. Salesperson explained the prices as well as next day delivery that is considerably less then all competitors ( and Bed Pros takes away old bed and mattress for just one low fee ). Very impressed with this family owned biz. Highly recommend to go to this location!

Todd is excellent, honest and fair. We have bought two mattresses from him and won’t be shopping at any other places. Feels like your buying from a family business instead of a box store or chain.
