We have since expanded to 15 stores with locations throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Sarasota Counties. Great customer service!! Exceptional bedding at great prices..I bought Sealy Trust II , great firm matress and temperpedic top .. The best of both worlds... Had some issues with bed frame attaching to my large wood king bed .. Christine helped me remedy that by getting Modifications brackets.. So appreciate her help and great knowlege!!!
My husband and I met John , Jim, and Christine. They were each just as nice as the other. Service minded, friendly and helpful in guiding our decision! No one was there so we wanted to share.I don’t think we have experienced that kind of consistent customer service from every person we met any place else. Thank you so much ! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE No one should ever work with Joe at the BED PROS in Largo. He is RUDE, PUSHY and extremely CONDESCENDING! My husband and I have purchased from BED PROS in the past, we recently moved into a new house and realized there was a Bed Pros near where we moved so we decided to go in.
