Verified Renter I like how it is so close for my kid's to walk to school. That staff has always been very nice and attended to my needs and works with me on issues I've had in the past it's an overall nice place to live. I think it's been quite and I've had no problems with anyone

Verified Renter Beech Meadow apartments are over a half-century old. Like any dwelling thay age, maintenance is a must. Since Beztak took over management there have been constant updates/upgrades to the units, the grounds, the facilities, the amenities. Refurb'd units look great. You can't beat the location. 10 minutes from downtown. 20 from the airport. 2-3 minutes from every fast food restaurant, every big-box store, hardware store, anything you need.

Verified Renter This is our first apartment and the move in process was pretty simple and straight forward. The employees in the leasing office were helpful and helped us move in, in under 2 weeks. For this to be my first apartment it has been a pretty good experience. There are some minor issues that need to be fixed and could be better, but overall I would rate our experience as an 8.5.
Verified Renter There has been a few issues since I’ve been here. However maintenance is pretty quick. I’m moving because of rent increases, and I don’t have a dishwasher,or updates on my apt. I do feel safe. I like office staff, maintenance, and location is awesome
