at this point i would give zero if i could 1) I came in and paid over $400 for neurotoxins and come out with a LAZY EYE, aka PITOSIS. I have had neurotoxins for over a year now ad this has never happened and i am 100% sure i followed after care instructions. What makes it worse is how this is being handled. I also had a hydrafacial booked and after seein my eye get worse by the day SCARED IT WILL CLOSE DOWN ALMOST ALL THE WAY. Went to get face threads and asked Ashley if I would see results and she said I would see immediate results. It’s been 2 months and NO CHANGE at all. Emailed and asked if she can correct it or do something to see at least a slight result. Didn’t expect a dramatic result because I know these things take more than 1 procedure but when you pay $1900 to see a little result and see none it’s upsetting. Feel robbed. They didn’t offer some money back or anything. I regret referring people to her. Will never go back.
