This was the second time I had to call about this issue with my bill. The person who helped me told me exactly what the problem was, so I now can make sure it doesn’t happen again. My visits are limited to a certain amount per month, and I understand that policy.
My therapist, Samanatha, was good and very professional but the rest of my experience was poor. After I had issues with buspirone, my medication manager put me on Prozac, even after I had said I didn’t want SSRIs and then gave no future appointments. .I’ve been trying to get a follow up appointment for almost three weeks now. Every time I try calling the office either a) no one picks up the phone or b) I get told they’ll email the provider then call me back — but they NEVER call back.
