Dr. Beitel is AMAZING. He is very friendly and connects with kids so well -also super funny. He’s also extremely thorough and communicates everything with parents. The staff is incredible. My daughter thinks he is her biggest fan! 😆#1 Pediatric Dentistry in Huntsville and North AL hands down!
We saw Dr. Caroline Beitel in office. My son has special needs, so he is difficult to work with, but she was great with him. Then he had to have teeth removed in the hospital, where Dr. Brian Beitel took care of him because Dr. Caroline's babies were sick. He was just as great as his daughter. He made us feel extremely comfortable and made sure that we understood everything. He even gave us his personal # to contact him and let him know how my son was that afternoon. Referred by our pediatrician and highly recommended by my sister-in-law. We loved them!!! They are so sweet and patient with nervous or scared little ones, thorough and take the time to explain and answer any questions from parents, and the staff is so warm & friendly. I love knowing that if an emergency occurs after hours, we can call or message anytime instead of waiting for normal business hours. We are so blessed to have them and know without a doubt that he is in great hands!!!
Beitel Pediatric Dentristy is, by far, the best dentist office I have taken my children to. We have tried different dentists in the surrounding areas and we are so thankful to have found this office! My children love it and feel so comfortable there. Everyone is so kind, patient and helpful. I highly recommend this dentist office!
Everyone was very friendly! We were running late and they were so nice and willing to work with us anyway. I was impressed with all of the staff. Dr. Beitel was reasonable and knowledgeable. My kids have never loved going to the dentist before. If you have a child that is afraid of the dentist, I highly recommend them!
