During our recent move we were fortunate to have Dennis, Kevin, Danny and Marvin from the Ace Moving & Storage Co. help us with moving large equipment from our garage. We were impressed with their work. They were polite , organized, and worked hard without taking breaks. They were well prepared with the equipment needed for lifting heavy items. This was my 8th move with Bekins (3 in northern California, 1 cross- country, 4 in northeast PA) and I have never been disappointed! This most recent move by Dennis Neyman, Marvin, Carlos & Mike was true to form: a thorough estimate, great communication ahead of time, they arrived on time and HUSTLED for the entire day. Everything landed where it was supposed to go, they were very polite, there was no breakage and they came in under budget! I am a Bekins customer for life and would give them 10 stars if I could.

The gentleman who packed and moved us were wonderful! They were courteous and had great senses of humor. They respectfully packed all of our household belongings. Their names were Dennis, Danny, Kevin, Marvin and Ming. They were prompt with their arrival time each day and they worked very hard each day to safely pack everything.

Worst move we ever experience. We have moved multiple times including New Jersey to Alaska and Alaska to PA. We used Bekins on our Alaska moves and everything arrived perfect. The move from PA to Maine was a disaster. Almost every piece of furniture arrived damaged in some way. Even the seat on our bicycle arrived with a large tear, jewelry boxes destroyed and unuseable, glass broken, antique figurines were packed in a tissue box and some between pillows. What a nightmare!! Do not use this company if at all possible. Moved from PA to ME. To start, they didn't arrive with a large enough truck so some items were shipped as "overflow." My overflow items were missing for about a month and no one at Bekins seemed to know or care where they were. Call after call I was told "well Maine is far away." That's what I paid for!
