The dentist is great as always. The only thing I experienced recently is the payment. The office overcharged me $66 for cleaning, which surprised me a lot. I never pay for cleaning with the same dental insurance. I talked to the front desk and she told me the reason is my insurance reduced the payment. They didnt even want to double check whether they made any mistake or not. They just told me I need to talk to my insurance. Great and professional
The staff is always helpful, courteous and accommodating. Dr. Hamod is the absolute best dentist I have ever been to. He thoroughly explains everything, he uses the most advanced equipment and can treat any issue immediately. I have been there 2x with tooth fractures - not the best circumstances- however because of his experience and compassion he was able to make it a less stressful experience for me. I will be changing general dental care to him. He can do everything in his office!
