I recently visited the office and was told I needed a filling. The doctor was brand new to me and the practice. Prior to leaving the office, I asked the receptionist if it was possible to see another doctor at the practice to confirm that doctor's recommendation. Instead of being helpful or understanding, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. I was told they don't do that and I needed to "trust the doctor who had already examined me". Scheduled an appointment as a new patient in May for June. Disaster, no communication, no appointment and time loss. Don’t recommend.
Had awful customer care with Lindsay at the front desk. I love Dr. Scharf, but do not want to have rude attitude from someone when trying to make emergency dental appointment 3 weeks out.
Please if you go to Dr. Hamod and discuss you need a price before having work done don't take his word for it, get it in writing! I explained insurance might not cover a bonding because I just had it done by another dentist shortly before this one. It fell off and it wasn't the first time so I explained this might not last but I wanted to have it done by him to see if it was something my prior dentist was doing wrong or if it was just my tooth. I have amazing service from both the staff, hygienists and Dr. Hamood. Dr. Hamood has advised me of various symptoms in my dental care of which I had not previously known. He is very knowledgeable of the whole dental scope. Have been a patient there for decades! Thanks for everyone's professional and personal care! Would recommend them for anyone seeking a new or existing dental office.

Very disappointed and felt lied to had asked before scheduling appointment if I could do a payment plan and was told yes and after I scheduled my appointment and showed up on time that seemed to of changed and was told that they don't do payment plans and needed to pay in full today. Will never go back and will not recommend them to anyone.
