If you coming to Bel Furniture definitely ask for MT, he's a great Sales Rep probably one of the best. Not pushy at all and let's you take ya time to choose what you want. He'll make sure you get the best deal and will make sure you're satisfied. I tried a few other furniture stores in the area but this place is by far the most affordable. I'll be back to fully furnished my house very soon.
everything was good into my delivery. They bring me my dining room set incomplete with a broken or damaged chair and then two days later they bring me a replacement which is a completely different chair and I tell them and now they’re telling me customer service will deal with me two or three days till I even get a response , mind you it’s a Friday so I might not even have a new chair till another week when I already waited two weeks to get the dining room set just beyond ridiculous what they dropped off on the left what I w... read more
I had a great experienced at Bel Furniture. Karla, was very helpful during my whole experienced, show me everything properly, guide me through the whole process. My husband and I really are happy with our service we got with her. If anytime you want to come to Bel Furniture ask for Karla, she is amazing .
Great customer service. MT was great and help us find the best matres, dinning set and jumbo love seat for my family. I will keep going to this location at Champions 1960 for the rest of my house needs . MT and Mr. George the manager help us with a little mistake the Katy warehouse did with our order and the professionalism of MT and his manager fix it immediately. First time at the Champions location and I received Excellent services. I was acknowledge by Larry soon as I walked in the door. I explained what I wanted and what I was looking for and he took me straight to it. He was VERY patient with me especially with me being undecided about the color, He asked questions to get a visual of what it was I wanted and I did not feel pressured into making a purchase which was a plus for me. I walked away satisfied with my purchase and service provided by Larry. Definitely recommend!!
