I would rate 0 if possible! Ordered a couch, that took 45 days to receive. It showed up damaged, the store manager shrugged his shoulders and said there's nothing I can do. Spoke with there corporate office, they were completely useless, still waiting on a refund? They have no regard for customer service from the local store to the corporate office.
