Having completed an international move from Panama, my wife and I needed to purchase furniture to furnish our apartment. My wife and I recently stopped in for a visit to purchase a living room set for our space, as our old couch was due for retirement. Moniqueka was wonderful, as she helped my wife and I find the perfect living room set, in the color we wanted! i bought whole bedrom set. drawer does not close properly. i have to use lift on underneath to close it. it is damaged and was shown to the delivery guy at the time of delivery. he said to call customer service and will send a guy to change the black piece on the drawer.. but store is refusing to send someone.

READ BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING AT THESE STORES! I have had the worst experience with them. I bought a bedroom set at the beginning of November, they waited until after I paid to tell me that it wouldn't be delivered until December. I received half of my order. It is now January 14th. And still have not received all my furniture. Jan 25th update and now they schedule delivery without even reaching out and letting me know they received my item. What a joke for a company Worst customer service ever
This has been the worst furniture delivery process I have ever experienced. The customer service is extremely poor and they do not care about the customers time. Hopefully a week after my furniture was scheduled for delivery I will actually get it.
