Anytime I had a question, Belinda was there to answer it. She explained through all the steps and procedures about the whole mortgage experience. Also just a very friendly person!
Belinda was so much help with everything involving buying a home! This process is extremely stressful and she was able to explain everything in layman’s terms to make it much easier to understand.
Clear and understanding communication, often we felt rushed on the phone. Organization, documents where often not found after being sent numerous times. We understand the high pace work however there is always an opportunity for improvement. We appreciate the time and effort that was put in by all the loan staff.
