The building management team has been lovely to work with and always responds promptly. Verified Renter I moved in a little over 1 month ago, and so far I am enjoying living here overall. The apartment is the perfect size for me. It has all of the features that I need, especially the in-unit washer & dryer. My unit faces 395 and is very well-lit with natural lighting. I was initially worried that noise from 395 would be an issue, but noise has not been much of an issue for me here. Verified Renter Living at bell Arlington ridge has been nice. The leasing staff are great and management is very responsive. The maintenance team is great and so nice. It is quite pricey to live here so my only complaint would be that on top of rent, a lot of other charges are added.

Verified Renter Its not bad.. but its really expensive.. so I feel that for the money Im spending to live here, the air conditioner and the heat should not break on an annual basis
