Verified Renter I have lived in numerous apartment communities but yet to find a better maintenance crew like Bell at Broken Sound.
Resort Style Living! I am more than thrilled that I decided to live here. It is clean, quiet, with a fabulous pool, gym and business center and plenty of parking (finding parking is a big issue at most rental properties). It has all the amenities of a resort! They even have bikes you can borrow if you want to go for a bike ride.The parking lot is well lit up at night and you need a key fab to get into anything on the property so that not just anyone can get in.
