I would like to recognize Cedric, the property manager, for his outstanding professionalism. Not only he has great customers skills, but also is always available to help and listen to the community concerns. He is a great asset to the company and we are truly blessed to have him in our community. Thank you for all you do Cedric!

I am a very happy resident at Bell at Plantation. The management team is wonderful, working with Cedric and Larry is a pleasure! And I cannot say enough good things about the maintenance team, all of them very prompt, and very helpful and qualified! I would like to make mention of my recent maintenance appointment with “Alain” who came promptly to address a couple of small maintenance issues that I had. I am a resident of Bell at Plantation, Plantation, Florida. I have written other reviews for the wonderful management team members of this community and I wanted to write a review for Larry Malagon, leasing consultant at Bell at Plantation. Larry is really great! He is pleasant and cares that the residents needs are met, immediately, and with a smile on his face! I am new to this community since December 2021, and I couldn’t be happier with my new apartment here at Bell at Plantation! Cedric and his office staff are wonderful, a top-notch team. I would especially like to recognize the maintenance team here has been exceptional, especially, Alain. Alain is top notch when it comes to maintaining small issues within the apartment. He is punctual, capable and very polite! And he gets the job done whatever it is. If I could give him more than five stars I certainly would!

Bell at Plantation is a beautiful community. The entire team is so professional and nice. Cayla was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be making a decision soon.

I am a new and happy resident of Bell at Plantation. I have written reviews for this community before. This review is for maintenance, Cesar in particular. I gave him five stars because he came to do some maintenance in my apartment today and he did an excellent job on a variety of things. I could tell he was very experienced and capable. I was very happy with his service call! He was very polite and very professional.

I am a new resident of Bell at Plantation. I have written a review for the community. Today I would like to write a review for Alain in Maintenance. My microwave was not working so he came in today to take the microwave out to take a look at it, to repair it or replace it. Five hours later he returned with a brand new microwave! I thought I would have to wait days to get a working microwave. Alain was polite, knew what he was doing and in one hour I had a brand new microwave installed!
