Verified Renter Excellent place to live. Everyone is friendly and helpful. No problems with any appliances. Maintenance is fast and responsive! Neighborhood & amenities are AWESOME! Just wish tge rooftop had more hours of accessibility for early morning coffee! But 7am will have to do! Beautiful place to call home!

Great units & location... Awful Management TLDR: The units are nice and the location is a solid mix of residential & convenient. However, the management is money-hungry, doesn't care to be bothered, and will try to up your rent/fees at any opportunity they can. Unorganized Management, Overpriced I would not recommend Bell Capitol Hill in the least. The apartment is way overpriced, offers fewer amenities and is poorly managed. The handicapped doors are often broken, the mailroom is a mess and the package lockers will often break. When we moved out, we declined paying for their cleaning services. We usually do this because we take the time to clean our apartment ourselves and we know that companies will always go through and do a standard clean up before the next tenants move in.
