Verified Renter Location is good, but the apartment itself is not great. Had to call maintenance multiple times for the same issues, such as plumbing problems with both the bathroom and kitchen sink. They seem to be renovating soon however, so maybe it will be better in the future...

Verified Renter I recently just moved in and so far the apartment staff has been great to work with. My apartment was clean when I moved in however a few things were not working correctly. The gym is smaller and has a few pieces that have been broken for the month I have been here. Love the location, always feel safe going outside at night and everything is easy to walk to.

Verified Renter Decent apartment but have had the same ongoing issues and we feel there is not a lot of effort from Bell to fix it. Our ice maker has not worked since we moved in (June 23). We have called the leasing office probably about 8-10 times if not more regarding this issue (This is not including the online maintenance requests we have submitted as well). Verified Renter fire alarm literally goes off every month. maintainence is unreliable. hallways usually smell of trash or a dog. and they don’t you decorate your balcony at all, but use that as a selling point to get you to move in.

Verified Renter The building is clean and smells clean which is importance to me. The staff is great, attentive and responsive. The place is surprisingly quiet. I enjoy the exercise room and the pool and pool deck. All in all a great place to live.
