I’ve lived here for a few years and enjoy living here. Leasing staff is great and maintenance has been awesome lately (thank you Jeff!). I love being able to walk to get groceries, go to restaurants, it’s about a 20 min walk to Water Street and there’s even a trolley stop right across the street to access free transportation around town. However, the fire alarm goes off at least every month at all hours (10pm, 2am, 4am, 2pm to name a few) to the point where no one thinks it’s an emergency anymore and everyone stays in their ... read more
Austin has been great to work with. We recently moved into our unit and he helped us throughout the entire process. Any time I have question, he responds very quickly. It’s great with apartments have tentative team members. Very satisfied with our experience so far!
Austin is by far the most helpful leasing manager I have ever dealt with! He gives clarity with every conversation and I have never left the leasing office with unanswered questions. Highly recommend speaking with him if you are looking to live here!
I’ve been living here for 1.5 years. Overall this is a decent apartment building. Location and management team are very nice. However, there are some issues worth pointing out: - recently there’s been an increase in dog waste in the stairs and near the entrance. Despite constant emails from the management promising 25$ fines there’s no change - things seem to be getting even worse. Management should install cameras at the entrance and in the stairwells and make the fine at least 250$ - the building is pretty old, and the am... read more
My roommates and I really love living here. The move-in process was so quick and easy, thanks to Austin. He always so helpful and responsive and just a super kind person to talk to! Austin is the best, and so is Bell Channelside!
