Verified Renter Everyone here is really friendly. The maintenance is usually fast, especially in more dire circumstances (which have been very few thus far). The noise level is a little loud on weekends with their being so many college kids, but nothing too crazy or ever too late into the night. For the most part I would say everyone is pretty respectful. Verified Renter I love the location of Bell Channelside. It is close to downtown, grocery shopping, a 10min trolley ride to Ybor. It is very convenient, however the quality of the apartment and appliances does not equate to the high costs of living here. Staff is helpful and friendly on most occasions.

Verified Renter Quiet apartments. Maintained community on the outside. Gym is nice. Really enjoy the peloton bikes. Not a fan of The “polished” concrete floors. Engineered hardwood would have been a better choice.

Verified Renter Our apartment is conveniently located to Water Street and Amalie Arena. We can travel on the free trolley to Ybor and to Amalie Arena. Bell has recently upgraded the hallways and resident lounge and the leasing office; very nice indeed! The staff are friendly and responsive to residents. We love it here.

Verified Renter Our move in was delayed a week because our unit and surrounding hallway was INFESTED with roaches. They sprayed twice and we STILL find roaches! The front office absolutely doesn’t care about us or the property, and refused to deduct the week of roach infestation from our rent Had to find an attorney to go about resolving this Nightmare front office ??
