Verified Renter It’s average. Older. The floors are shellacked and you can see outlines of hairs from being shellacked over. The floors are just really gross. They claim to have updated the elevator. They put in a new floor but didn’t even take time to clean up the walls. Still smells like urine.
Verified Renter The experience so far has been fantastic. Living here is very nice and worth it, especially being in Channelside. I do think that more can be done in terms of safety. There are car break-ins consistently in the garage due to the loading dock door being broken for about a year now.

Verified Renter The apartment is extremely conveniently located with amazing features in the neighborhood such as Sparkman, Water Street and Publix. The new front desk team is nice but definitely a bit unorganized. Would recommend as a more inexpensive option for channelside
Verified Renter I love Bell for the most part, I just hate the new black ceilings in the hallways. Other than that, the amenities are well taken care of and I feel safe and comfortable here.

Verified Renter Very good location and sizable apartments. I like proximity to the Downtown, Publix, CVS. It takes me 15 minutes to get to work. There is a river walk in a walking distance.
