Verified Renter I just moved in a day ago. They’ve been very helpful with the move in process and I love the apartment. For what you pay is100% for what you get. All the incentives to buying this place is great. They have a great gym, pool, courtyards and staff. Can’t wait to experience my time here.

Verified Renter The bell is a clean and safe environment to live. The apartments are very nice especially compared to other apartments in the area! One of the biggest pros is they have very plentiful and secure parking.

Verified Renter Leasing office management has changed and gives the impression that she is not here for the residents, lacks professionalism. Lack of communications to residents. The communications and postings are unnecessarily rude, unclear, and spammy. I have lived in my unit for about 4 years now and the noise has increased exponentially and have had to call after hours phone line multiple times. Verified Renter Staff and property are well kept and clean. I enjoy living here. My dog is welcome and there are plenty of receptacles for waste. The staff and management are also friendly and listen to suggestions.
Verified Renter CONS; The apartments are not really "newly renovated" as they say. The only upgrades are countertops and fixtures in kitchen and bathrooms. The appliances are a few years old and the oven takes forever to heat up. Cabinets are older but still nice except for some scratches. Sadly, there's white paint splattered all over the concrete floors, Tubs are old. No screens on windows so on a nice evening we cannot open them. Verified Renter Overall great experience and we love everything about the apartment with the exception of the hallway odor and our apartment floors were not clean upon moving in. All our neighbors are friendly and the staff is very helpful!!

Verified Renter A good place to live. Staff is attention and friendly. Some residents need to keep public areas cleaners. The exercise room is clean and clean smells and sufficiently. Easy walk to the Tampa trolley.
Verified Renter Maintenance is good most of the time but not dependable when it comes to emergencies. I don’t think I would be renewing my lease here because of that and their slow response time but it was a decent start
