Verified Renter Love my spacious apartment and upgrades to the building. It’s quiet, which love and prefer. The building is in a great, centralized location and everything you could ever want is in walking distance.

This place is a nightmare Living at Bell Channelside is like being on the show Survivor. The only difference is that everyday, you hope you’re the one that gets voted off the island. Ever since the new management took over, this place has been a disaster. Everything is broken. Maintenance told us they have a backlog of over 100 service orders so good luck getting anything fixed within your lease term. Your mail and uber/door dash orders will NEVER make it to your apartment. They have parcel lockers that don’t work and you en... read more

Verified Renter Overall this isn’t a terrible place to live. Some areas can use improvement especially with mailing but otherwise, decent bargain for the location.
Verified Renter Like the location. Places to go and enjoy, just perfect. The trolly is just perfect and so convenient to use and get around. Property staff is great and improvements are looking good.

Verified Renter It's a good price for the location. It's pretty quiet inside the actual apartments. The apartments themselves are nice but not the same luxury you would find it other downtown apartments. But you have Publix right across the street and the price is cheaper than other places. Cleanliness is not the best when it comes to hallways. It is known as a college apartment so there are a lot of college students. The amenities are okay but nothing special. Verified Renter We have lived here for more than ten years and like the location and the proximity to downtown. We take the trolley which is a short walk from our apartment regularly. The parking situation at Bell is fantastic; there is plenty and we are able to park on the same level as our apartment.
