Verified Renter We love living in Bell Apartments! Our home is spacious and modern and overlooks a courtyard. We are very close to the HART trolley so we can get around easily without parking hassles. Speaking of parking, we park on the same level as our apartment so no need to haul our stuff up an elevator. The leasing and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly.

I’m in the heart of the city with my apartment being right in the downtown area, I’m a trolley train away from nightlife in Ybor, and have many attractions to choose from from the Florida Aquarium to Sparkman’s Wharf to the Convention Center and even Amelie Arena and Armature Works.
