Verified Renter My experience at Bell Channelside has been great. The leasing staff, the finance manager, and maintenance guys have all been great to work with, very friendly and polite. I really enjoy the apartment unit that I am in. Its very spacious and the view to the crew ships is great. The only downside is if you are not a dog person (which Im not), then you just have to deal with a lot of barking dogs and dogs scaring you a little bit when you come off or get on an elevator and the dog walkers are letting the dog lea... read more

Warning! Stay as far away from this place as possible. Hallways smell like garbage and pot. Fire alarms will go off in the middle of the night so if you have a job I would definitely not live here. Dog fights in the halls. Don't even bother complaining or they will come after you. I have seen so many employees come and go in this place. They will pick and choose what rules they want to follow depending on the manager of the week. The newest one believes gimmicks like bingo and doughnuts will fix their severe problems. This past weekend the fire alarm was pulled; management is addressing this.
