Verified Renter The pros: location is great. Easily walkable to water street, downtown, Publix, lots of fun things nearby. Price is reasonable for that too. Love the high ceilings and generally everything feels modern and clean. Might just be my corner unit but I have a lot of outdoor space and don’t hear too much from my neighbors. Verified Renter I love it at Bell. It is so nice and so many things to do on the property and around the area. Its very a nice size apartment for the price. I love having a balcony that I can use to get some fresh air with. I also really enjoy the fact that the parking garage is accessible from the floor I live on. Makes it very easy to have a car and be able to have a short distance to my car from my apartment.
Verified Renter The building is like a maze, everything breaks and maintenance is needed often. Nice area but high price for what the apartments actually are
Verified Renter The experience went well! Everyone was helpful and the process was relatively straightforward. Some questions (like where is the trash chute, how to get to parking, etc.) I had to ask rather than already being provided, but overall good experience.
Verified Renter we love the location, so close to everything near Water Street. Our apartment is spacious and well laid out. The leasing staff are friendly and resourceful. The maintenance staff are responsive and friendly.

Verified Renter Love that it’s not noisy! Apts are big with big balconies. Not as fancy as anywhere else I guess but also it’s a better price & I don’t really care about being able to unlock my gate with my phone haha. Parking is GREAT!!!
Verified Renter I just moved into apartment recently. So far it has been good. We have a pretty big place for the price for rent. I will have to say though the concrete floors are not the nicest. They scratch a lot and dont look very good. Need to invest in lots of rugs...
