Verified Renter First of all the apartments are modern and spacious. The floors are pet friendly and easy to keep clean. Ceiling fans are plentiful and cooling. We park in a garage on the same level as our apartment, so no elevators to get to our home. The leasing and maintenance staff are so friendly; they know me and my hubby and strive to provide fun events for residents.
Verified Renter We’ve only been here for about a week and we have absolutely enjoyed our new place! We’re so happy we chose Bell Channelside. Living right across from Publix and being so close to one of the trolley stations has been some of my favorite highlights.

Verified Renter I really enjoy living here at the Bell. It is a quiet building located in a great area. Most of the things you need are walking distance and the staff are helpful if you have an issue
Maintenance Nightmare It is a ok option available in the Channelside area. What we like the most is being able to walk to Publix across the street. We also like the size of the balcony and friendliness of Austin in the office. He provides great customer service and he is always attentive to any question or request. I would not have chosen to live here if I knew that I was going to have several maintenance issues. Since we moved, we had issues with the shower, toilet, electric, and trash pick up.
