Verified Renter Upkeep in The neighborhood are terrible tractor trailers parked for weeks. Side walks so black cant even see color of side walk they use to clean them landscape terrible only around office its nice

Stay away I lived at bell coconut for 7 years. Always had problems with the staff. Residents used to sit on the porch later hours in the night. Complained many times to those could had resolved the problem and didn't. In the end was called a complainer. I moved and got a rent price way better and location way better for much less.
