3 Star : Likely to Recommend I don't like that even though my car was completely drivable and the payment was coming from insurance money that your shop said it was unable order parts until they have the vehicle in their possession then had me bring it in. Car was at service for 5 days with no contact then at collision center additional 3 weeks.
