Nationwides delay in communication made this the last action that made me choose to quit my relationship with nationwide, which is a shame since I had their coverage for over 23 years.

5 Star : My Experience I was kept informed. The time to completion was about average. The front office people were very friendly and helpful. behind the scenes went well. meaning, there was good communication between Geico and your facility. I believe it was Aaron? that first greeted me and again sent me on my way. very nice young gentleman who looks like he likes his job. he took care of the rental car when I returned it and informed them of a mechanical issue I had with the rental. 0 Star : My Experience Customer service was great, but I believe I will have to bring it back for them to make sure the bumper is in correctly as it seems to pop out of place after driving 4 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality There are some areas that seem to continue to pop out of place after driving.
