Thorough repair of "hidden" damage. 3.5 Star : Customer Service There was some confusion about automated messages that my vehicle was done when it was not, so I had to leave work early and waste a trip to the shop. Also, I did not receive any status updates except for the erroneous messages. I did not learn that receipt of damaged parts was going to delay my repair until I arrived to pick up my vehicle and it was not ready.
