5 Star : My Experience Ross was on point, she kept me and my husband updated on the process. Once the repair was complete Ross asked if I was satisfied I advised it looked good but that my husband would be looking it and may contact her if any issues, she said she wouldn't have it any other way, my husband did find the hood was not right, so he called Ross and she said to bring it in on Saturday, we did and she had it corrected. She made the difference.
