5 Star : My Experience My damage consultant Tullio Ravazini went above and beyond. My car was leaking oil while being fixed and he checked it and topped off my oil before I picked my car up to ensure it was safe to drive. He also encouraged me to make sure I got it checked. He could have done nothing and said nothing and let it be my problem but he showed concern. Showing concern is what customer service is all about!!
