0 Star : My Experience we were treated as a customer when Larry was there, after...we were just a number. Thank goodness are van was only a few days out from being done and then it was not property checked out before we picked it up and had some issues that needed to be addressed. 2 Star : Likely to Recommend Just depends on bringing vehicle back to see about oil leak which was not there before! 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I was the one that actually chose to take my vehicle to bell collision and was pretty much told that unless it's a Honda, that I should take it elsewhere 2 Star : Repair Quality When I voiced my concerns (the day they picked it up and when they were finished) With a sound that wasn't normal They told me that I should take it to a Ford dealership 2.5 Star : Customer Service Never called back at the time let alone the day the Rep said he would 3.5 Star : Returned Clean
