My dog is injured and Chenault is full so they made an appointment here. I had trouble driving from Western Hanover to their location (we had flooding today) so I was 7 minutes late. They said I would not be seen because I was 10 minutes late. "3:39", she said, after spending a couple minutes on the phone. My appointment was 330. Then I challenged it because she was on the phone when I arrived, and even still I was within 10 minutes.
