Horrible Experience Loud and noisy neighbors, roaches are everywhere, leasing staff is rude. I don’t know how else to word it other than look elsewhere! You can tell all they care for is making money off of you and don’t care about you individually. I stayed here for years before it was bought by Bell. It was fantastic before, but now it is obvious that they don’t care. Places nearby have better amenities and better pricing - TRUST ME
Cockroaches everywhere!! Well, i notified upon arrival that there are cockroaches! On Thursday! They didn’t do anyth No on Friday and told me someone might be there on Monday. In the meantime i constantly running into cockroaches!!! Ahhh right- noise is horrible! Office ppl are useless for anything. Move or don’t move - you r on your own!

Verified Renter Overall great place but the flood lights in the courtyard make it very hard to sleep. I understand there is construction/renovation but they are RIGHT at my window.
