5 Star : My Experience The only thing I saw that was overlooked was the rubber strip on the hood. It looks like it was torn off & was in tact when I brought it in. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend They service is normally amazing. 4 Star : Repair Quality The rubber around my hood has a couple places where it is no longer there. It had never been missing before I dropped it off. The service was good everyone was very kind & helpful. 4 Star : Customer Service Just maybe overlooked the rubber around the hood.

5 Star : My Experience Great service from beginning to end starting with McKenzie who explained the process to me and was very patient and nice. Blake kept me informed throughout a difficult process with Progressive Insurance. She responded to my texts the same day and kept me in the loop. Loved that rent a car was available when I dropped off my car at Bell. Repairs were made promptly as soon as Progressive Insurance finally got estimates approved. Great customer service. Thank you Blake and the team!!
