5 Star : My Experience Your office staff is terrific. Always fun and thank goodness they understand my sense of humor. Shawna especially has gone above and beyond for me. This makes twice she has apparently made it her mission to make sure I got my Lincoln back in record time and tip top shape. And takes care of returning rental vehicle. Had a chance to razz the repair guys a little this time. They played along nicely. Bell Collision has terrific people. But hopefully I won’t be needing them again - at least anytime soon.
