0 Star : My Experience I was mostly satisfied but the technician made a decision to remove my cold air intake from my engine and just throw it in my back seat. The lady who released my car back to me claimed that the technician said they couldn't put the new bumper on without removing the intake. This makes no sense because I was able to reinstall it without issue and it's not in the way whatsoever. Is was an inconvenience to have to reinstall my cold air intake for no reason. The shop had my car for 17 days ... part of the time was the wait until the part arrived. This cost me unnecessary additional money for a longer car rental.
