0 Star : My Experience While repairs were great....customer service was lacking. Spent more time calling and waiting in shop for completion. Was told done 1 day and then sent back home without car and another 2 weeks with a new rental i had to pay out of pocket for. 3 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Repairs done accurately however took 2 mos. 3 Star : Likely to Recommend If you back to pervious customer service and actually keeping customer posted of status of car on service would be great proactive instead of reactive 4 Star : Repair Quality Customer service at front desk needs alot of work 2.5 Star : Customer Service Would call and it took 2 hours on being in hold not inky myself but my adjuster gave up trying to call.

Though anytime I had to get ahold of an agent, it often took a few days to have my emails answered. Quicker responses would have been nice
