Nationwides delay in communication made this the last action that made me choose to quit my relationship with nationwide, which is a shame since I had their coverage for over 23 years.

The front office people were very friendly and helpful. behind the scenes went well. meaning, there was good communication between Geico and your facility. I believe it was Aaron? that first greeted me and again sent me on my way. very nice young gentleman who looks like he likes his job. he took care of the rental car when I returned it and informed them of a mechanical issue I had with the rental.
