Why I didn’t give a 10 is because of the communication between StateFarm Insurance, Bell Auto, and us as the customers. A couple things that the StateFarm told us and we expected, wasn’t properly communicated with Bell Auto, for example the signing of the waiver with the owner of the vehicle being in California and not present at the time of drop off.
